Atlantic Realty Partners is a private commercial real estate firm based in Atlanta, Georgia. It was formed by Richard & Andrew Aaronson in 1995 to pursue property management assignments and new construction and renovation development opportunities. It was an outgrowth of Paragon Group Inc., a major national development firm where the Aaronsons were local partners, following the merger of Paragon Group with Camden Property Trust and Insignia/ESG.
